Thanks to my nordic roots, I’ve never done well in the heat. And so Moab, Utah in August probably wasn’t the best idea. In fact, I recall not even trying to get out of the car to capture this image of the Tower of Babel rock formation in Arches National Park — choosing instead to take it out the passenger window while my wife drove by slowly.
